License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to every skill you buy or receive free on Hedra Skills. The Vietnamese version prevails.

1. Ownership

Skills (text, scripts, templates, workflow structure) are owned by [CẦN BỔ SUNG: seller name]. You receive a license to use, not ownership.

2. License types

  • Personal: 1 person, unlimited own and client projects.
  • Team: up to the number of seats on the license (default 5) within one organisation. Seat changes via admin@hedraup.com.
  • Lite (free): like Personal, for the Lite content only.

3. You may

  • Install the skill on licensed people's machines and use it with Cursor or a compatible agent.
  • Modify it for your own needs.
  • Sell and hand over end products (websites, apps) built with it to your clients.

4. You may not

  • Resell, rent, share, publish or redistribute the skill or any part of it (including modified versions), paid or free.
  • Use it to create or sell a skill, template, starter kit or site builder that competes with it.
  • Remove the license stamp in the files (LICENSE.txt, license ID in SKILL.md).

5. Updates

Personal and Team include 12 months of updates from payment. The version you own keeps working forever after updates end. Renewal is optional.

6. Third-party code

Some bundled sample files are MIT-licensed by their authors, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md; those licenses still apply to those parts. Templates the skill downloads at run time are under their own licenses and are not redistributed by the skill.

7. Termination

The license ends if you breach section 4, or when the order is refunded or charged back. You must then stop using and delete your copies. End products delivered earlier are not affected.

8. No warranty

Skills are provided "as is", as described on the product page. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
