Refund Policy

1. 7-day refund

You get a 100% refund if you ask within 7 days of payment and have not downloaded the skill files (your library logs downloads). For "Setup with you": 100% if cancelled before the first session.

2. After download

Digital files cannot be returned, so after download we refund only when:

• the skill does not work as described on the product page and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report; or
• the law requires a refund (section 3).

3. Statutory consumer rights (Vietnam)

Under Article 38 of the Consumer Protection Law 2023 (No. 19/2023/QH15), for distance contracts, if the product information we gave was incomplete or inaccurate you may terminate the contract within 30 days of entering it, and we refund within 30 days of your request, less the value of anything already used where the law allows. Nothing in this policy removes that right.

4. How to ask

Email admin@hedraup.com with your order number (e.g. #100123), purchase email and reason. We reply within 2 business days.

5. How we refund

By bank transfer to the account you provide, within 30 days (usually 3–5 business days). payOS has no automatic refunds, so refunds are manual. The license of a refunded order is revoked.
