Terms of Sale

These terms govern buying digital products (skills for Cursor and AI agents) and services on store.hedraup.com ("the Store"). By placing an order you accept these terms, the License agreement, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy. The Vietnamese version prevails.

1. Seller

2. Products

  • A skill is a folder of files (Markdown, scripts, config templates) used with Cursor or a compatible agent. Each product page lists contents, requirements, version and update period.
  • Lite is free: the intake questionnaire and checklist, without scripts, templates or QA gates.
  • "Setup with you" is a service; its scope and schedule are on its page. It does not include a skill license.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND) and are the final amount you pay. The server computes the price when the order is created.
  • Payment is a bank transfer via QR code provided by payOS. Payment links expire after 15 minutes. We never store your bank account details.
  • Launch offers and coupons have the quantity and period shown on the page and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Delivery

Once payment is confirmed (usually within seconds) your license key is emailed and the product appears in your account Library for download. For the service we contact you within 1 business day.

5. Updates

Personal and Team licenses include 12 months of updates from payment. After that you keep using the version you own forever, and can renew 12 more months for 40% of the current price.

6. Liability

Skills assist an agent; results depend on the agent, AI model and third-party services you use. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Governing law

Vietnamese law applies, including the E-commerce Law 2025 (No. 122/2025/QH15) and the Consumer Protection Law 2023 (No. 19/2023/QH15). Disputes are first negotiated via admin@hedraup.com, then settled by a competent Vietnamese court.
